Spence Crossing was first announced in the Spring of 2013 when we broke ground for The Apartments.  Since then we've revealed plans to build an expansive residential area, complete with 3-story townhomes, villas, and single-family homes. Spence Crossing at Princess Anne sparked a buzz across the Greater Hampton Roads area and spread like wildfire up and down the east coast. "Spence Fever " has resulted in people from all over inquiring about the debut of this premier community. Crofton, Fernhill, Hallstead, and Mallory will all be centered around the Community Center; one of the most anticipated features of Spence Crossing. The Community Center is the central hub that will house a 24-hour fitness center, resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen and cabana, and large lounge area complete with a flat-screen TV. Next to this Center will be the basketball court and playground. Like us, we know you're anxious to see Spence Crossing at Princess Anne come alive. If you drive down to the intersection of Salem Rd. and Lynnhaven Pkwy. in Virginia Beach you can now get a peek at the Community Center, and if you look to the left you can catch a glimpse of the early stages of the Crofton community.
