Real Estate Sales Agent
Hampton Roads’ best-selling local new home builder, Dragas Companies, has opportunities available for real estate sales professionals in our new resale division. Candidates should be licensed Virginia real estate agents and possess a proven track record of sales and a passion for providing top-notch customer service to customers. Excellent communication and follow-up are a must.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:
- Consult with clients on how to effectively market and sell their property for maximum profit. Prepare listing presentations and provide excellent communication and follow up.
- Work with buyers to identify and negotiate suitable properties for purchase.
- Prepare all contract paperwork, adhering to all state and national guidelines.
- Follow up with lenders, home inspectors and closing agents to ensure a smooth process from contract to closing.
- Prospect organic business along with nurturing leads provided to you from our top-selling new home communities throughout Hampton Roads.
- Nurture and convert leads using our CRM, Lasso.
- Networking to the local community through social media and outreach events to promote Dragas Companies Realty’s new resale division.
Dragas Companies offers an in-house marketing department to market our properties and send leads directly to you, along with an in-house mortgage company to provide local, personalized service for our buyers. Fees associated with membership with local MLS and realtor’s association are covered by Dragas Companies Realty for all sales staff. This position is salaried with bonus potential. Flexible hours and weekends are required.
