Quality Assurance Inspection
Our Quality Assurance inspection is a multipoint review where our dedicated staff takes a comprehensive look through the entire home to double-check the construction, functionality, selections, and quality. Following that, the homeowner is invited to the New Homeowner Orientation for a walk-through and review of their home as well as a comprehensive overview of all critical points regarding maintenance and warranty coverage.
30-Day Warranty
While our new homeowners review their homes during the New Homeowner Orientation, we give up to 30 days after closing to address missed items that require attention. This gives our homeowners peace of mind as they settle into their new home. Our in-house warranty team acts quickly and conveniently to handle requests as well as help determine what is under warranty and for how long.
1-Year Warranty
As our homeowners prepare for their one-year home anniversary they have a chance to submit warrantied items to our in-house team
to review and assess under our one-year workmanship and material warranty. Homeowners also have the opportunity throughout the year to submit requests that may be timelier.
10-Year Warranty
Our 10-year structural warranty program is offered by the highly reputable home warranty company, Quality Builders Warranty. It covers
many different areas and structural components of your home, such as load-bearing beams, foundation systems and footings, joists, and trusses. The warranty is also automatically transferable to subsequent buyers.
